Hidden in between trees is another set of bridge heads for a wide bride, though there is not much of a road or river to be found.

A path runs from this rusty gate to the factory. Could be an old railroad connection, but that is a very wild guess. The railroad itself ran along the trees in the background to the right

At the modern looking factory I could not find any traces of the railroad.
The railroad is now a wooded area of little interest. Nor could I find any remnants of the railroad at the roadcrossing in Ameln. From this former railroadcrossing a small road lies where the former railroad was.

Where the road goes to the right a fence follows the direction of the railroad

Past the graveyard the line can be recognised as a straight line of trees and shrubs past the village Güsten to Welldorf

I found this house suspicious, being directly next to the railroad and in the middle of nowhere.

On the edge of Welldorf a bicycle path crosses the former railroad, with a newish patch of tarmac where the rails used to be.
In the village there are some paths following the railroad but these dead end in brambles. In the end I had to use some force to make progress and I didn't get through completely unharmed.

Blurred picture cable guide used for setting signals. It did cost me to take this picture

From Welldorf the line ran parallel to the L12 road, it seems it has disappeared under a bicycle road.
