Debris and Bobcat

The second tower (closest to V&D) was not nearly as stripped. Most of the inner walls and all doors were still in place. On the higher levels, even the carpet was still there.

I heard some noise and I think on the 8th floor I found a bag filled with copper pipes. Some copper thief's work. I climbed on, deciding I would propose some kind of truce if I ran into him. I never met him, maybe I scared him away, maybe it was something else making noise. On the top floor I found some kind of canteen.
