weather was very cold, as you can see from the icicles hanging from
this broken drainpipe, freezing with a strong eastern wind. |
| Having examined three bunkers we took a shortcut through the trees to were my map showed more buildings. |
 The water in this ditch had an unhealthy blueish color. |
 Around and overgrown pond were these sea containers. The one on the left housed a big pump, probably for the fire hydrants. |
 The pump and all equipment around it seemed to be in excellent condition, not a spot of rust. |
