Work in progress

Looking back towards Klötze. To the right is another factory connection

A timber trader also had a railroad connection

After an overgrown bit we come near Klötze Nord. But here the way is blocked by a fence and an angry dog. The track has been removed recently it seems. This street is called "An der Kleinbahn"

With a small detour we arrive at the current end of this small excursion. The track used to go on to Kalbe but at least here beyond the buffer stop no trace of this can be seen.

Back to the main expedition to Salzwedel. Here we approach the railroad crossing Nesenitzer Weg

View back towards Klötze

And onwards to Bandau

A switch for operating the next railroad crossing at Bandau (?). But first, a nice spot to camp for the night

Bahnhof Bandau

Bahnhof Bandau
There are remains of a long parallel track from Bandau onwards, probably a siding for letting trains pass each other.
