The office block in particular leaves a gloomy impression. Note the European flag 'waving' in front and the tree growing on the roof.

A bit of track left leading into this large warehouse

South of the factory a heap of concrete sleepers mark the beginning of a bit of wasteland were all traces of the railway have been dug away.

Going on I thought I had even lost the track completely but here, at that half meter high ridge, it appears again. Maybe the grounds were cleared because of pollution.

Behind the gate is a half meter drop

Lampposts and sleepers have remained

From the right the connection track with the new bridge across the Jeetze appears

First turnout at Krinau, looking east. This is the track coming from 'Jeetze Abzweig', the new connecting track across the Jeetze.

Looking west, going back to the Salzwedel - Oebisfelde railroad. This is the bridge across the Jeetze

Probably a greasing apparatus to help freight trains through the sharp curve.
